So when we initially got our room, it did smell of sewage, however, when I brought it up to the staff, they promptly switch our room to a bigger one. After that, everything was smooth sailing from there. I will say that is prime location in Porto. It is around pretty much everything.

The location was absolutely perfect. The amenities and the hotel was beautiful. The only trouble we had was with our refrigerator, in which the situation was finally resolved, but only on our last day. Would’ve been helpful to have cold beverages available for the previous four days. But the staff was exemplary and trying to resolve it immediately… I just took a couple of tries.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel and perfect location. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious as was the restaurant attached to the hotel too.
Can’t recommend it enough!

Great location, convenient to restaurants and sites- A long walk to River, however.
Restaurant staff and food in Italian Restaurant excellent. Room was quiet. I found the breakfast Buffett to be nothing d as special. Pastries and coffee were fine, the eggs not so much.

The staff was excellent, helped us choose excellent restaurants, clean and tidy, good parking in the building. Very good breakfast.

Staff and hotel are absolutely fine and breakfast is good

Disappointed overall as property was not 4 star. Staff was excellent. Room was sparsely furnished & decorated.

Great place

Spacious rooms. Painted darker walls and our room was looking out where employees would take a break. A different room might have received a higher score

Room smaller than expected. Very small bathroom. Great bed. Staff amazing. Great breakfast. Great location
