The stay was enjoyable up until the housekeeping staff left our door wide open after we’ve been out for 10 hours.

My family and I booked the skyline family suite on 31st floor with view of entire Bangkok. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Cleaning is good and breakfast was alright. Hotel workers were helpful and friendly. Prices for the rooms are of good value. Skybar has amazing view with relaxing seating options.

Only thing to do here is improve some minor things such as aircondition remote is out of battery. Aircondition is lacking around the hallways, hotel restaurants and lobby. Bathroom water tap is in bad shape. Toilet seat is a bit loose. These are all decent enough for a good stay and didnt hinder us much but its something that could make the hotel be among the top hotels.

Overall, would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok. Location is alright but not as convenient for public transportation. If going by cab then theres a convenient pick up and drop off point in the lobby entrance.

Overall great stay! Kinda far walk from the bts, about 15min but overall very safe and nice walk even at night. If you take a grab or cab there’s a lot of traffic on the main road and I was late to many of my tours. The food is pretty good but vey expensive. The rooftop bar is nice but very expensive. There’s great street food next door and restaurants nearby like The Empire building. The gym, pool, sauna, and steam room are fantastic. Sauna and steam room take 5-10min to start up though. There were mosquitoes in the 2nd floor restaurants and gym/spa, so I had to wear bug spray to breakfast and the gym. Bed and pillows were top notch comfy! The room was nice but old stained carpeting. Great bathroom! I stayed for 5 nights as a solo female traveler.

Hotel is nice, room were quite nice but would need small renovation to be perfect.

Good location with BTS within walking distance. Hence this hotel is a good hub to explore BKK. Unfortunately really lived-off interior which urgently needs renovation and refurbishment. Breakfast is ok, but really crowded.
Rooftopbar offers a great view in the evenings.
All in all a decent three star hotel experience, even if there are of course more amenities, the overall condition is worn.
