Everything was great except the bed, terrible quality and needs replacing! Could also hear people upstairs often especially at night when trying to sleep

Bring mattress topper with you bed is rubbish

Right along the main road, can be noisy. Easy parking and Laundry. Room was cleaned but pans looked dirty. Furniture outdated and scratched. Nice view of lake. In order to use the spa you need to make a reservation. They dont provide enough soap to wash dishes

Inconvenient, overpriced, poor staffing, power went out, things are broken.

No help with our luggage. Travelled with my 88 and 83 year old parents. And it is NOT for them. And not for me too. aside from walking up we had to walk further up for the rooms. I expected more.

We were very disappointed. We thought we were getting a lakeview room but the listing is misleading and we had a room with no view, couldn’t even see the mountains as it was like a basement standard room. Wifi was working, the stopper in the bathroom sink didn’t work and we had to walk a long distance on a rock walk path to get to our room. Then we got an upgrade for the next night for a lakeview room which was quite expensive. The view was great and the suite large but otherwise was very disappointing The bathroom had hair on the floor and no stopper for the tub and the underside of the toilet seat had urine stains! The fireplace didn’t work properly. Don’t stay there, not worth it!!!!

Great apartments in a good location.

Great room in a convenient location.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a self-contained stay, a short stroll downhill to the town centre. View was absolutely stunning. Two points of feedback, they could have provided a clothes rack in the shared laundry as dryers are not suitable for some fabrics, also they could charge for or provide a “cooking pack” with salt, pepper, oil and paper towel, would go a long way in reducing waste as we had to purchase some, which we’ll ultimately have to throw away.

Property could perhaps do with a bit of an upgrade. Location was good and views were stunning
