The staff were very friendly and great atmosphere for a German hotel. Very clean and safe and had dinner and drinks downstairs, nothing was a problem.
Even accidentally leaving my scarfe behind the staff had it returned, thank you.

Located right at Berlin’s main train station, this modern hotel was fabulous for us. Comfortable bed!! Beautiful new bathroom and plenary of space. The staff were helpful on each occasion when we asked for their advice or directions. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting Berlin.

Considering the very reasonable price I found the hotel an excellent choice. Right at the railway station it offers easy access to touring and airport. Soundproof windows: I could see a train but didn’t hear it. Large room for a city hotel and modern.
Good size bathroom with a walk-in shower.
I had no issues and will stay there again.

The hotel is very closed to the HBF, everything you can easily to buy and the transportation is convenient. The staff are nice and helpful, though we are a little bit earlier arrival than the check-in time, the staff are still try to find if there is any vacant room available for us. The room is big and clean, but the bathroom is not private that you will be a bit embarrassed if you are not go with someone in relationships, the door of the bathroom is just a frosted glass and unable to be locked, there is a glass can be seen into the bathroom from outside.

This review comes from a hotel.com gold rewards member. As long as its available i do expect perks to be offered upon checkin, and i generally target hotels which participatein gold rewards.
However when checking into this hotel i asked for an upgrade and i was offered availible rooms but with a price, when i pointed out hotels.com booking the room upgrades suddenly became unavailable.
My booking also came with free late checkout if available, when i asked i was told this only got me 1 extra hour... i had to pay €60 for an extra 4 hours.
This is poor service. However the rooms were good standard and clean

Hotel was next to the central train station and was walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and I had a contactless check in which was easy to do. I would stay there again.

Elegant room, beautiful staircase and lobby, wonderful breakfast with a view...

Not enough time to use amenities.
Amenities close at ten and reipen at ten.
So unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use them.
But this was the main reason I booked the hotel.
