Great place to stay if you need to stay near the airport.
The staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to help ua when our TV had a problem.
It is near from the train station that we were able to go to Old Town and enjoy dinner.
The shuttle ia vwry convenient and they have options for breakfast starting at 4 am for early flights.

Highly recommendable

It was not my go-to to reserve at an American chain hotel, but in the end I realized it was a good choice, and it turned out to be perfect for me. Clean, efficient, great staff, nice rooms and also a lovely patio to eat on (you can always count on smokers in Switzerland)--the breakfast is serviceable and comes with the room, the shuttle costs 10CHF ($14?) per person, which is a bit ridiculous for our standards but typical--an uber cost us less. Id stay here again for an airport overnight.

Thus hotel needs an upgrade. Very basic. Room very small and uncomfortable. Poor dining
Will try radisson next

Ok

I’m a frequent traveler for the las 47 years. 5 stars hotels and 4. Some very good and some were not. This HIE is not recommended place! Very far from Zurich Center and nothing to do around. The room and bathroom were very small. The staff (not all) are not nice at all. And the type of the guests are horrible! I will never come back to a Holiday Inn Express.
Sorry

Although a distance from the airport, their shuttle provides good transportation. Free from the airport, 10 chf for return. Modern and clean. Large breakfast buffet included. We stayed here the night before our flight.

Good

Great stay, the staff were amazing, tge rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.

Food was great. Lots of options for both dinner and breakfast. Had a very friendly server. Hotel was close to airport. Easy to get shuttle. Very quiet. Had a great sleep.

Breakfast was great
