We both loved the cleanliness of the room, the beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, the friendly and accommodating staff and the magnificent view of the ballpark while we had breakfast. My only suggestion would be better directions for the self parking lot. I had to use valet after getting totally lost trying to follow the directions as to where to self park. Other than that, I can’t say enough good things. We are coming back in May to get a room overlooking the ballpark to watch our Pirates play the Jays!

Bathroom sliding door a bit broken and TV placement awful for viewing from bed. Fan/heating system very dated and hard to fully close curtains without light peeking through. Great apart from these few issues.

The hotel is in an excellent location and easy to find. was spacious and clean. The staff from valet, to front desk, to bell desk to housekeeping and wait staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely return!

Hotel is located right in downtown Toronto. Easy walking distance to places of interest. We self parked and there werent many places to park and it was kind of hard to locate the lot beneath the building. We ate the the restaurant inside the hotel. It was good food and amazing view of the stadium. Hotel room was ok. Kind of out dated. Ok for a one night stay. Pool and gym facility was impressive.

It was a terribly stay, everything I was looking for in a hotel was not here. I would never stay here again. The pool was so far from our room and was under construction, no full length mirror in our room, we were facing the train tracks and trains were back and forth all night. The pictures showed rooms facing the CNTower. The first morning we woke there was no water in our room and then when it started to come out was cold for 20 mins. The coffee maker was broken and just kept shutting down took me more than a half hour to make 1 cup of coffee. I booked on the Executive Suite which I thought included the morning coffee and juices and 5pm drinks and hors d’oeuvres but that didn’t happen and when I ask she didn’t apologize or anything. Also spin check out didn’t even ask how our stay was.

Rooms were very clean and well kept.
The pool area is in need of repairs/upkeep.

The hotel does not have parking included and it is very expensive

I love how close it is to everything. Perfectly located and reasonably priced.

Nice area

Stayed here due to location. Did not realize this hotel wrapped around the baseball stadium - fantastic view from the restaurant, walkable to Union Station. Older hotel - needs a major tech update - no USB ports, poor lighting. "City" view overlooks 8 rail line that run day and night; little soundproofing so use earplugs.
