Nice and friendly staff. Great central location.
Small pool on top of the hotel with great view over the city.

Nice and clean hotell. Friendly staff and outdoor area was good but a bit small. Did not try the pool but looked good enough. Also liked the location.

Clean, nice room, modern bathroom, great location, good breakfast, varied dining menu, lovely pool area with fantastic views over Kandy.

Yes, staff very courtious and clean large room.

Confortable bed, welcoming staff, in the centre of the city but quiet.
Restaurant has good breakfast, pool area is very small, it wont fit more than 4 or 5 people at a time. Good hotel to explore Kandy.

had a comfortable stay at sevana. the front desk staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. very accommodating. room was clean. a/c worked very well. nice hot showers. spacious. nothing bad to stay. enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Like the idea that you can fill up the water in the reception - rather than giving the bottled water. The room was clean and quiet. Hotel in good location near the central market and the temple of tooth. We had a short but lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay at the property, the view from my room was beautiful. The staff and everyone there were very friendly and welcoming.
We could see the famous nine arch bridge from the room as well as wake up to the beautiful mountains.
I would definitely recommend going there and enjoying the beautiful town of Ella.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little tired but the bathroom looked newly refurbished. We had a drink in the roof top bar which was nice. The menu looked good too but not great for vegans so we didn’t eat there. We also didn’t get time to use the pool which was a shame. Would happily stay there again if returning to Kandy. Very good value.

On main road so gets noisy early in the morning. Good location
