Thank you Expedia for the hassle free experience, as always. Had an good stay. They serve one of the best and outstanding breakfast in entire Prague. Super friendly, proactive and helpful staff. Very near to Metro and Tram stations. I took the Metro and connecting Metro and Bus to Airport along with my family. They room is not modern, i stayed on the 7th floor which had glass ceiling as substitute for windows. No lockers in the room but available in the reception for free. Though serves the purpose, its inconvenient.This is more than compensated by fantastic breakfast and staff behaviors. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back on my next trip.

WHEN I ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE WITH I SIGN GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL AND THERE I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN BECAUSE MY NAME WAS NOT REGISTER WITH THEM.

We are very disappointed by the condition of the property. The only thing I can say the this is NOT a Four Star hotel. The rest is fine the location is great.

The hotel is ok. Breakfast is moderate but acceptable. The rooms are rather small and with basic tools. Instead of one big bed we get two smaller put together, but they easily separe from each other during a busy night. Moreover the mattresses are very very soft.
The service is ok but nothing special. Very well located in the centre of town. Close to Vysehrad. also very close to subway station so that you can reach all points that may interest you.
