Great location. Kind and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Ok

Everything was great except the bathroom in the lobby was closed. Made it challenging to have to go all the way up to the 33rd floor to access a bathroom other than our rooms.

About the best thing you can say about this property is that it is in a good location. When the temperature is hot outside, the rooms are very warm. The staff said that while the rooms are ventilated, they really aren’t air conditioned. So they advised us to open the windows. The problem is there is a massive construction project across the street where work is done around the clock. So you can’t really open the windows and get any sleep. It looks as though this project will go on for years. There are much better options in Oslo.

We were met by a rude and grumpy receptionist. She was supposed to notice housekeeping that our couples blanket was to be replaced with 2 singles blankets. She did not do that, so I had to follow that up when we got back to the hotel room late at night.
Also, I have never experienced to run out of toilet paper in a hotel room before. Theres a first for everything.
Breakfast was fantastic! And both the breakfast and the cleaning personel were all very nice.

Spent several nights here on different ocations.

Very polite and helpful staff the room was clean and breakfast was amazing
