This was a great hotel…super close to the historic centre of Delft yet easily accessible from the motorway. Staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms had fun decor and good amenities.

My third time staying here and will be back! Very friendly staff and central to walk into town

Good location great staff

We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. Theres also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us.

Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient.

Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options.

The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but its hard to see as its black on a black background. This caused some consternation and if it had been made more obvious it would have spared a discussion with the reception. A tiny note but if youve read this far, now you know!

Would stay again without hesitation.

Good central location.
Tea/coffee facilities always a bonus.
Bar staff not always helpful.
Double bed was two singles pushed together.

A recently renovated hotel with the friendliest most helpful staff we’ve met. Great location

Fantastic hotel very pleasant staff

The bathroom was dirty and smelling terribly when we arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and immediately changed us to another room and gave us a complimentary drink. So overall, from a service point of view it was great, but the rooms could benefit from an update and enhanced cleaning service.

A great hotel with a perfect location in Delft.

They still have not issued my receipt for the payment. Inefficient.
