Enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for us - easy short walk to the lagoon and right on the marina and its restaurants and cafes. The best part of town. Resort was good with pools, table tennis and air hockey. It’s not luxe like La in Sydney or Asia but it’s the best option in Cairns and made for a lovely stay.

Average hotel with potential to be incredible. Just disappointed.

Pros: deluxe room was beautiful and very clean. Views are amazing. Cairns is overall wonderful. Staff are mostly lovely. Room service is good.

Cons: past its prime. Def not 5 star. Run down in some areas: pool etc but may be due to cyclone back in Dec.

Breakfast buffet isn’t great. Lots of people complaining. Was expecting an amazing north Qld tropical resort with concierge and welcoming feel. With a vibe going on. It’s not that.

Expensive hotel and not worth it tbh.

Lina awesome on reception for check in. Room - great view as requested (and paid for!) beds were comfy. Shower / bath combo fine. Toilet flush a little iffy but no major problem. Housekeeping and room service good. Varied choice at breakfast, but a little chaotic! Overall a good stay but not exceptional.

We had a deluxe room with harbour view and could not fault it at all. Room was spotlessly clean and a great size, bed was extremely comfortable, and balcony was large with an amazing view. Lovely reception area, friendly staff, large swimming pool. Great location for trips as only a 30 second walk from hotel to ferry terminal.

Helpful staff but property can do with a bit of an upgrade and tidy up the bathrooms and room door handles which was a bit hard to open. Lifts should have air freshener!

Great staff and convenient location. Would be good to have options for a small breakfast, don’t need a full buffet, just a croissant.
