The room was fantastic with the view as promised. Nothing was too much trouble which included complementary early check in and they then kindly arrnaged for a free hours check out too.

Lovely hotel with views of Darling Harbour. Staff were polite and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Sound proofing from hallway noise wasn’t great, although there were not many noisy guests.

Our 2nd time stay here in last 3 years after or before the cruises. Location is perfect,very friendly staff accomodating our needs. Easy to walk to Westfield Mall& Aquarium, etc. Will stay again if I come to Sydney in future.

I really do not like this hotel far away from 5 star standard, the room is small and uncomfortable, the table is so funny would be in the Garden not in a 5 star hotel. Check in is slow, the view does not worth a Penny. Not a good option to stay here

Amazing location. Close to catching a ferry to manly island. Close to shopping and Chinatown

The hotel is beautiful with different kind of room style.
They have a rooftop with nice view of the harbour and other facilities.
The location is in the centre and located to many different nice spots, restaurants and convenience store
